A warm welcome to Waldperle, Waldseele and Waldliebe! So that everyone feels at home, we kindly ask you to observe the following:

Arrival and departure: Check-in is from 4 pm (from 2 pm by arrangement if the apartment is ready), check-out by 10 am. A later check-out until 12 noon is possible by arrangement for €35 if no new guests arrive that day. Access is with your personal door code. Please do not pass the code on to anyone else.

Occupancy: The apartment is intended for the number of guests booked. Please check with us beforehand if you would like visitors to stay overnight.

Pets: Your four-legged friends are welcome by prior arrangement (€45 per stay). We have one request: please keep your dog off the bed, and on the sofa only with its own blanket. Within the complex, please keep it on a lead.

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in the apartments. There is an ashtray on the balcony.

Balcony and fire safety: Open fires and barbecues are not permitted on the balcony.

Quiet hours: 10 pm to 8 am. Parties and noisy celebrations are not permitted.

Indoor pool and sauna: Use is at your own risk and subject to the rules of the residential complex; children only when accompanied by an adult.

Garage and storage room: Please keep gates and doors locked at all times.

Cleanliness and rubbish: We take care of the final cleaning, of course. On departure we only ask you to load used dishes into the dishwasher and start it, take your food out of the fridge, dispose of your rubbish in the bins provided and hang the bunch of keys back on the white magnetic cloud in the entrance area. We take care of everything else.

Damage: Things can always get broken. Please just let us know.
